Shipping Policy :
Shipping rates and timelines will be defined either per item when shopping, or during checkout for the entire order. The process varies due to the item being purchased.
CIVDEF uses USPS and and UPS to ship orders depending on cost effectiveness.
Due to the F'd up world we live in, tracked shipping timelines are just a believable guess. There could be delays, or transit loss. We will do everything we can with our shipping partners to make things right should something unfortunate happen.
Returns / Exchanges :
The only returns or exchanges that will be considered relate to quality issues upon order receipt.
Wrong sizes, sudden change of heart, wife disappointed in your life decisions - please understand that your money has been used towards further releases, great non-profits... plus bullets, beer, and baby stuff. Thank you.
QC is conducted both by my suppliers (when used) and by myself - however sometimes things sneak past our watchful eyes.
As this is a small business run by 1 person, please take this into consideration when placing a return or exchange request.
